September 4, 1987 Greeley Hill, California --Stanislaus Complex Fire -- Stanislaus National Forest Supervisor Blaine Cornell talks to television reporters near Greeley Hill. The Stanislaus Complex Fire consumed 28 structures and 145,980 acres. One US Forest Service firefighter, David Ross Erickson, died from a tree-felling accident.
